The Porsche AG, usually abbreviated to Porsche, is a German automobile manufacturer specializing in high-performance sports cars, SUVs and sedans based in Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. Porsche is owned by Volkswagen AG, which is controlled by Porsche Automobil Holding SE. The current Porsche lineup includes the 718 Boxster/Cayman, 911 (992), Porsche Panamera, Porsche Macan, Porsche Cayenne and Porsche Taycan. After building its status in the sports car hall of fame with the legendary 911, Porsche also makes some of the best SUVs around.
