The 2024 Acura Integra a high-performance car brings a powerful engine, a manual transmission, and an upgraded chassis. There are worse cars than the Honda Civic to base it on. The 2025 Integra will come with more powerful engine or some other performance advantage. The Audi A3 or other sports hatchbacks, including the Mazda 3 and Volkswagen Golf GTI.

The 2024 Acura Integra’s manual transmission is a lot of fun to drive, but it’s also less refined than its direct rivals and bears an uncanny resemblance to the Honda Civic Si, which sells for thousands less. By contrast, the continuously variable transmission (CVT) Integra is more affordable but less fun. The hatchback body style adds some welcome versatility, but overall, it’s hard to find anything about this Acura that sets it apart from the rest.

Inside, the 2024 Integra is almost identical to the current Honda Civic. There are some higher-quality materials, but the steering wheel, climate controls and infotainment screen are the same as those found in the Civic. While it shares a lot of parts with the Honda Civic, Acura has done a decent job of making the cabin look right at home in the brand’s lineup, pulling styling cues from the Acura TLX sedan and RDX SUV. A 10.2-inch display with digital gauges is standard across the Acura Integra 2024 lineup and provides the driver with configurable information.

The Integra comes standard with a 7.0-inch infotainment screen, with a larger 9.0-inch unit available as an option, both forgo the frustrating touchpad controls found in other Acura products. A larger touchscreen is part of the technology package on A-Spec models, which also includes a wireless smartphone charging pad, a 5.3-inch head-up display and three USB-C charging ports located around the cabin.

All models have Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, but only cars with the Technology package offer wireless connectivity for these features. An eight-speaker stereo is standard, but the top-of-the-line ELS Studio 3D stereo system is available, featuring a whopping 16 speakers.

2024 Acura Integra : Engine

The 2025 Integra uses the same 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that you’ll find under the hood of the Honda Civic Si. Like the Si, the Integra makes 200 horsepower and 192 lb-ft of torque. Unlike the Civic Si, however, the Integra comes standard with a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT). On the top trim level, the Integra comes with a six-speed manual transmission as a no-cost option. The manual Integra clocks in at 7.8 seconds to 60 mph, a disappointing result for an entry-level luxury car.

A number of driver assistance features are included as standard on the Integra, including automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, lane keep assist and adaptive cruise control. A-Spec models with the optional Technology Package are equipped with front and rear parking sensors.
